How do I know if this will help me?

Long before people ever come to see me, they have usually been to a doctor, to a massage therapist, or even to a chiropractor to get help for joint pain.

They’ve tried all sorts of exercises, acupuncture, and various types of rehabilitation therapies. Often, by the you consider working with me or investing in one of my products, you’re at your wit’s end.

While I won’t guarantee any kind of healing because that’s against the law, I will say is that the vast majority of joint pain happens because you’re not moving the way your body was meant to move from birth.

Joint pain is very common. Sometimes, it is caused by inflammation, or an infection. More commonly, however, joint pain is simply caused by moving your body improperly.

For example, our society has become more sedentary with the use of computers for work (and play.) Because of this, back pain is more common than it once was.

Your body wasn’t meant to be sitting down for 6 or more hours per day. If you sit for hours and hours every day, joint pain is almost ineviable at some point in life because you're training your core muscles to become weaker.

When you don’t walk or stand regularly throughout the day, this changes the way your tendons pull on your bones, which ultimately alters the shape of your joints. In this example, the best way to get rid of joint pain in your back is to properly strengthen your core and to move your body more frequently.

How often do I do the exercises you teach?

ANSWER:

I don’t have any desire for you to spend hours learning these movements. Everything we create is designed to be as efficient as humanly possible while providing you the best results possible.

If you perform the movements I teach just 3 days per week for around 30 minutes each session.

Can I download to my iPad/iPhone?

Answer:

YES! All of our programs are downloadable on your smartphone or tablet and can be accesses via the web anytime you have internet access. For further instructions on downloading your product, make sure you visit the members area.

Is it silly for me to be hopeful for the first time?

ANSWER:

Not at all! Many people feel this way. When you have been in pain for a long time and nothing you’ve done has brought you real relief, it’s hard to get your hopes up.

But I have had patients who’ve had severe joint pain for years come to visit me and leave pain free after just a single one-hour session.

The movements I teach in my online programs are the same ones I teach in my local facility...so it makes sense for you to feel hopeful and excited.
